HIBISCUS BEACH HOTEL

A friendly little hotel with a good beach which is only a one hour's drive from Colombo. The pace of life here is very relaxing. There are just 50 rooms, all of them are with a balcony or terrace overlooking the pool and the garden. All the rooms are standard with twin double beds, some with air conditioning, mini bar and TV. The majority of its guests are British and there is a good mix of both young and old. The restaurant and lounge bar are open with a view of the garden and sea beyond. Meals are a combination of buffet and set menu with breakfast and dinner usually being a buffet and lunch being set menu. The appeal of Hibiscus lies in its small scale, with an intimate and relaxed atmosphere.
